Mountain River offers each employee full benefits after 90 days of employment. Benefits include competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, and disability insurance. Paid vacation is available after one year of service.

- Safety & Performance Bonus
- Drivers who have no preventable accidents or out-of-service incidents within a certain period may be paid an extra bonus to reward them for driving safely.
- Home Time
- We understand the importance of family, which is why our drivers receive two days of home time per week.
- Vacation Pay
- Drivers can receive up to 3 weeks paid vacation each year depending on the number of weeks worked and the time spent employed with the company.
- Holiday Pay
- Drivers are eligible to receive up to 5 paid holidays per calendar year.

- Drivers are allowed to have pets in company equipment providing the equipment is cleaned and maintained each week.
- Experience drivers average annual salary of $70k-$85k
- Home weekly with two (2) days per week at home

- Entry-Level pay starting at $0.24 cents per mile
- Average first year salary of $58,000
- OTR training for the first ninety (90) days with a certified trainer

- Must have a valid Class A CDL License
- Minimum 12 months over-the-road experience
- Must be at least 25 years old with a valid US driver’s license
- Have an acceptable motor vehicle record
- No preventable accidents in the last 2 years
- Have a verifiable work history and references
- Must be able to meet minimum medical qualifications set by the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA)
Each driver currently on staff can earn a referral bonus for each driver they refer. This is a great opportunity for drivers to earn some extra money and help us grow our team. An Annual Safety Bonus is available to those who meet the safety guidelines.

Our drivers make daily deliveries, and we don’t require them to touch the freight. This means they can get their work done quickly and efficiently so they can enjoy their time at home.
